💡 Our tip: Especially with smaller children, it can be helpful if one parent goes first and another follows behind so you can support calmly wherever needed.
💡 Our tip: Even if it’s no longer required – climbing together is simply more fun! Many parents notice in the parcours that they experience at least as much as the kids do.

Please pay for your tickets on site in cash!
Due to unreliable mobile network coverage in our forests, card payments are unfortunately not possible at the moment. We know this isn’t ideal and appreciate your understanding.
Our climbing parks are open from spring to autumn – the exact dates and times vary by location and season. On weekends and during school holidays, we usually have extended hours. For the most
up-to-date opening times, please check our info page. ➜ Current opening hours and important visitor

Especially on weekends, public holidays, or during school holidays, we recommend calling ahead to reserve – this helps you secure your
preferred time slot and avoid possible waiting times.
If you can’t reach us immediately during busy periods: don’t worry – we return missed calls as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you can try again later in the day. Thanks for your
understanding!
Your climbing time starts with the safety briefing and lasts a total of 2.5 hours. In that time, many families can easily complete several courses – some even (almost) all of them. With a bit of extra time for arriving, gearing up, and getting ready, you should plan around 3 hours in total for your visit.
And if you don’t manage to do everything: no stress. We keep expanding our parks – there’s plenty to choose from, and sometimes one course becomes a little bonus for your next visit.
As soon as a child is at least 1.30 m tall and at least 7 years old, they can start in the
regular high ropes course. Please make sure to follow our supervision rules, especially for younger kids.

With us, you climb using modern, innovative safety systems that keep you securely attached in the course. We provide all safety equipment (helmet, harness, gloves) free of charge.
Before you start, you’ll receive a thorough safety briefing from our trained climbing guides. They’ll show you step by step how to use the safety system correctly and what to watch out for on the course.
Our climbing parks are regularly inspected, maintained, and checked – so you can focus fully on your family adventure.
You only need comfortable clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes.
We provide the complete safety equipment (helmet, climbing harness, gloves) on site.
Please tie back long hair and leave valuables and loose items on the ground whenever possible.
Yes, bicycle or riding helmets are usually suitable and you’re welcome to bring them.
Unfortunately not. For our zip lines, you need special gloves – which we provide free
of charge.
Alternatively, you can purchase your own new gloves on site.
No. You don’t need any prior experience. Before you start, you’ll receive a briefing where everything is explained. After that, you can get
going at your own pace.
That’s completely fine. Our guides are out in the park and can help at any time – with tips, calming words, or a safe way back down to the ground. This way, every family can find their own pace on the course.
Yes – for safety reasons, we have a weight limit of around 120 kg.
The main reason is less “the weight itself” and more the fit of our safety harnesses: they are adjustable and work for a wide range of body types – from a slim child to a strong adult. However,
if the harness can’t be fitted correctly, we’re not allowed to let you start.
Important: Body weight is distributed differently depending on body shape. That’s why, when fitting your gear, we always check together that the harness fits safely and comfortably. If you’re unsure, feel free to give us a quick call beforehand – we’ll sort it out with you in a relaxed way.
Yes – in most cases, you can also climb with us in light rain. Thanks to the leafy canopy in our climbing parks, a lot stays surprisingly dry, and you often barely notice drizzle up in the treetops.
However, in stronger weather (e.g. storms, thunderstorms, hail, or very heavy rain), we may temporarily pause operations or close individual courses/elements for a while – always for safety
reasons. Especially if a thunderstorm moves directly over us, we stop climbing. After that, things usually continue once conditions are safe again.
When you climb as a family, you don’t just spend time in the fresh air – you share real adventures together. You tackle every challenge on our climbing courses as a team, and you celebrate every small and big success together. Instead of school desks, TV shows, and game consoles, you’ll get movement, fresh air, and shared experiences you’ll be talking about for a long time afterward.
Along the way, climbing also supports important skills such as:
